Jealous Much ?
That’s a phrase I’ve been constantly hearing nowadays. “Look at that girl she’s staring at you“. .. “uh please ! Jealous much?“ …. “You look tired today “ “uh jealous much?”… “ You’re so stupid“ “uh jealous much?“.
What really baffles me is that most of these people aren’t that great to start with, so why flatter yourself? I mean if someone is staring maybe it’s because you have something stuck in your teeth. OR MAYBE just MAYBE they criticize because it’s the actual truth? I don’t know, think about it.
That is if you can actually think.
Oh and no I’m not criticizing because I’m jealous.
So maybe that feeling of jealousy comes from a right place. I mean if someone is actually jealous means you have or are something they want to be. This in turn is kind of an indirect compliment.. in a way.. if you get my drift..
Side Note: “Jealousy is not just one emotion, and it can manifest in many ways. Some of these include anger, fear, hurt, betrayal, anxiety, agitation, sadness, suspicion, depression, loneliness, envy, feeling powerless, feeling excluded and panic. All these feelings can be attributed to being jealous”.
Another thing I wanted to mention is how people often misuse the word jealous;
Jealousy refers to a fear of losing something we have to another person. Envy refers to wishing we had something that another person has.
So from now on please use the phrase “envious much?”
Great, spread the word so we can both flip to the same page.
